Export Telegram messages to PDF and DOCX.
Telegram conversations often become source material for something bigger: a report, a client handoff, a compliance review, a study packet, or a record of what happened in a community. HTML and JSON are useful, but many people still need files they can open in familiar office tools.
The export bot now includes PDF and DOCX files inside the same ZIP archive. You forward the messages once, then get a package that can be read in a browser, opened in Word, shared as a PDF, or processed as data.
When PDF helps
- Evidence and dispute records: keep a readable snapshot with dates, message order, text, and attachment references.
- Client or team reports: send a fixed document that looks the same for everyone who opens it.
- Offline reading: store lessons, announcements, research posts, or important threads as a simple document.
- Printing and review: create a file that is easier to annotate than a moving chat history.
When DOCX helps
DOCX is useful when the Telegram export is not the final artifact. You can edit it, highlight sections, remove irrelevant messages, add notes, or paste the content into a larger document. This is useful for moderators writing incident summaries, students making study packs, marketers preparing customer feedback reports, and researchers organizing source material.
How media is represented
Images can appear inside the PDF and DOCX where possible. Other media types, such as voice messages, videos, audio files, documents, animations, and video notes, are represented as relative links that point to the files in the ZIP media folder. That keeps the document readable while preserving access to the original attachments.
What else is in the ZIP
The same archive also includes HTML, JSON, TXT, Markdown, CSV, and the media folder. That means a single forwarded export can support both human reading and machine processing.
